This is a slower moving class with a focus on restoration, stretching, and relieving tension. This class is a teachers choice non-weight bearing style class suitable for all-levels. Those who prefer a less vigorous practice, with an emphasis on PNF stretching and restoring above building strength. The addition of the heat helps muscles release, and improves your body’s pliability to deepen and ease into your poses.
This class is taught in the heated space, you will sweat a little bit, but not excessively. It is also the perfect class for those who are in need of a little love from a physiotherapy yoga class.
