OUR CLASSES

    Our All Levels class uses our understanding of biomechanics of the body with a series of postures and sequences specifically designed to warm the body up, move the body in all directions, strengthen muscles, and restore the nervous system.  Each sequence is skillfully prepared and delivered by highly trained yoga teachers with more than 500 hours of training.
